What type of service can I request from Clear Link Consultancy?

At Clear Link Consultancy we conduct a wide range of services, all of which will be carried out in a discreet and professional manner. We carry out surveillance/investigations, covert rural operations, security surveys, physical security penetration esting, cyber security, and covert vehicle tracking. Will Clear Link Consultancy push a sales pitch when providing Physical Security Surveys?

No, Clear Link Consultancy are not affiliated with security guarding or hardware providers, so are entirely objective when conducting security surveys, assessing requirements and budgets – providing clients with impartial, unbiased advice that allows you to make informed decisions about your security programs.

How much will the services cost?
Each service is different, and each client has very different requirements and complexities so it is difficult to provide definitive price guide for all the services provided, we are confident that we can accommodate a wide range of budgets.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs, you will be provided a service proposal prior to conducting the requested service outlining the fees and expenses, you will also receive an invoice reflecting the actual hours on task, expenses and planning/research hours upon completion of the task.
How do I pay?
Depending on the service selected you can pay by either Bank Transfer, Cash or Card Payment, you will always receive and invoice and receipt for the services supplied.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

For private clients a 50% deposit will be required once the scope of work and fees have been accepted, and the remainder paid upon completion of the task, prior to receiving final reports and evidential footage or photography depending on which service was selected.

What should I expect from Clear Link Consultancy?
A discreet, secure and professional service will always be delivered, for any of the services carried out you will receive a signed Non-disclosure agreement and a contract which protects your information and data. You will also receive Final reports, recommendations and Footage/Photography depending on which service you have selected.
What equipment does Clear Link Consultancy use for Surveillance/CROPs?
We use specialist equipment built for purpose ranging from secure Rapid Deployment Camera Systems that can be remotely controlled and viewed by our operators to professional photographic equipment carried by all surveillance personnel.
How do I get in contact with Clear Link Consultancy outside of the stated office hours?
Our office hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday for initial enquiries and requests for services. But if you are an existing client with a current ongoing operation; communication will be available 24/7. All enquiries by email will be responded to at the earliest opportunity.
