COVID-19 RESPONSE
Evidently, the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to affect us all for the foreseeable future. While no one can be completely certain what life will look like in the coming months and with the easing of restrictions, our aim will remain to provide as much clarity as we can, so our staff can continue to assist our clients and customers.
Protecting the health and wellbeing of our clients and our team remains our top priority.
Our team worked hard on a range of measures to bring staff back to an operational level, and we are pleased with the feedback from our clients and customers regarding the safety measures we have taken.
In line with UK government guidelines, and following an internal review of our risk assessment, we have reviewed our policies and procedures and have introduced a COVID-19 Risk Assessment. Our current COVID-19 Risk Assessment Alert Level will remain ‘Medium’.
What are our current safety measures?
- The essential premise of the changes is to minimise as much as possible the contact between staff and clients, and to ensure safety measures are maintained throughout all deployments.
- All initial requests for services and subsequent interviews will be conducted either by phone or physical meetings, taking into consideration protective measures.
- Risk Assessments conducted before each individual tasking.
- All staff are issued with FFP3 PPE prior to deployment to the client premises, our staff will also adhere to client specific COVID-19 measures where possible.
- Staff attending client premises will be temperature tested prior to deployment.
- All equipment that is used will be sanitized Pre and Post-deployment to minimise the risk of transmission.
Our primary focus at Clear Link Consultancy is providing a safe environment that will ensure all clients receive the excellent experience they deserve alongside our usual high standard of operations.
